Side dump car #3719
at the Carroll Park Shops. Only #3719 was equipped with MCB couplers
and railroad air brakes to handle railroad cars at the Carroll Park Shop
complex. Until the NCL came to town, all streetcar deliveries and
major supplies came by rail.
