Chicago, Aurora & Elgin
This is 4005 or 4006 – these locomotives were built in 1929 by the Oklahoma Rwy. Shops; they were later sold to Union Electric, then Crandic, then the CA&E in 1953.  Unfortunately Wheaton was the end of the line for them.
