New Haven Division
1867 is on private right-of-way, just west of the Plainfield Avenue stop.  Route 34 (Derby Turnpike) is in the foreground, still only a winding 2-lane road then with the fast double-tracked New Haven - Derby trolley line alongside it.  1867 was assigned to the E-West Chapel-Ferry Street line as far back as 1925.
