Wisconsin Electric Power #L4 is a steeplecab locomotive
built by The
Milwaukee Electric Railway & Light Company in 1920.
It served with TMER&L and later WEPCO until the early 1970's, when
it was acquired by a Wisconsin trolley museum. It was sold to the
Illinois Railway Museum in 1988, and is occasionally operated. Notice
the bell, curved horns and unusual "frog-eye" marker lights on the roof.
