The F line DID go to Sunset and Spring from 6-30-46 to 8-3-47.  I had to look that up because two such pictures can't be wrong.  That was something that I did not remember, and in checking a map it shows the F line on East 4th.  Well, the map is dated 2/15/46!  The photo has to have been taken between these two dates.
