This car has the older Los Angeles Railway colors of yellow and brown.  The other photos in this group have had the yellow/black/silver colors. The B line did not not go to Vernon Yard, so this must be a mid-day scene with the car laying over.  It was only about a mile from Vernon and Ascot (on the B line) to Vernon Yard.
