Los Angeles Railway
1302 is pulling into (new) South Park Shops from 53rd Street.  It is not ON route 9, but going to the shops FROM route 9.  I am not certain I remember correctly, but I believe this is the day, or the day after, the 9 line (and a number of others) was abandoned.  I do recall that the cars no longer needed were moved in a steady procession to South Park Shops and that this move took at least one full day, if not two.  It was from here that most went to scrap and a few went to Korea.
