Los Angeles Railway
1520 on Route W on Washington Blvd. at Estrella Ave.  The diverging tracks are the U line.  The tall building in the background is Patriotic Hall on Figueroa Street.  All the buildings shown in the picture directly behind the trolley, and the intersection itself have been obliterated by the Harbor Freeway which crosses Washington Blvd. at this exact location.
