Los Angeles Railway
2501 on Route 7 7at Sunset & Spring
This is a MUCH later photo.  Compare to the preceding and note that the roof is now sand colored rather than white, the run number is on the back of the rear view mirror, and the car is equipped with trolley shoes.  The dash sign also has a green rather than a black background.  This became the LATL standard.  Lastly, notice the larger advertising racks on the car side.  I am not certain, but I THINK that National City Lines, which owned LATL and many others, also owned Transit Advertising, Inc., which was responsible for collecting advertising revenues.
