Philadelphia &

This wreck which happened
at Penfield Station. They were working on the inbound track at the time
and were single tracking around the work crew. Number 207 was a local
car inbound and had stopped to pick of passengers at the Penfield Stations.
The flagman also sent 208 into the single track and he was deadheading
to the barn, he was not told about the other car in the single track and
was moving at a good rate of speed when he came around the curve into Penfield
the other car was just pulling away from the station when it was hit from
behind. I was there about 45 minutes after it happened to shoot these
few photos.
