A 15 Hodiamont PCC 1607 crossing Grand Ave on Franklin Ave traveling west---notice the street is a bit diagonal at that point, in front of the car.  It matches a map I have for the Hodiamont route in the era of WW II and before.  The autos appear to be post-WW II.  Notice the drug store neon sign on the corner which says "Grand-Franklin Drugs"
